1. Return Eligibility

Printers can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.

2. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the printer is received and inspected by our team.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Rental fees for used equipment, shipping charges, and setup fees are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Faulty Equipment

If the printer is damaged during delivery or setup, contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
